Amin has been with the company since its inception. He manages the financial component of Pioneer. He also manages the medical division, which performs medical staffing and placement.
Amin’s primary responsibility with Pioneer includes overseeing various financial operations and ensuring enough funding for company’s projects and endeavors. Other  area of responsibility includes management of all aspects of firm's financial responsibilities including monthly management reports, financial and benefit audits, cash management, forecasts,  accounts payable, payroll, trusts, and various taxes. Evaluate and renew various insurance policies 
Amin is very instrumental in the execution of  strategic initiative and the review and update of internal controls, firm policies and Accounting procedures.
