Pioneer has an established track record in the area of project management. We use certified project managers for all projects assigned to Pioneer. We use standard project management tools such as Microsoft project, LBMS, Bachman, Knowlegdeware, schedule publisher and proprietary systems on IBM, DEC etc.
Each project will be managed in a phased approach for ease of management and simplicity. The time spent in each phase will be dependent on the complexity of the project. Also some of the initial phases could be executed concurrently. Pioneer's employees assigned to any Project will be assigned to specific teams. Each team will have the responsibility to perform special project related functions based on the area of team responsibility. |
